Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This policy covers Uzbekcha subscriptions bought on the web. Uzbekcha is a product of UzVIP (UZBEK VIRTUAL INFORMATSION PORTALI, MASULIYATI CHEKLANGAN JAMIYATI), Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Web purchases are not open yet; this policy applies once they are. Paddle.com will be the seller and Merchant of Record for web purchases and will handle returns.

14 days to ask for a refund

You can ask for a full refund of a web subscription payment within 14 days of the date of that payment. This covers your first payment and each renewal, on the monthly and the yearly plan. You do not need to give a reason, and you can ask even if you have used the app.

This is our promise as the company behind Uzbekcha. Paddle’s own policy lets it decide requests case by case. If Paddle turns down a request made within these 14 days, email us: we will agree the refund with Paddle, and Paddle will make it.

After 14 days a payment is not refundable, unless the law requires a refund or the app has a serious fault that we cannot fix. If the app has a fault, write to us first.

How to ask

  • Use the support link on your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”; or
  • Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and we will arrange it with Paddle.

What happens next

Paddle makes every refund, to your original payment method where possible, generally within 14 days of approving it. Your access to the subscription ends when the refund is issued. To be sure you are not charged again, cancel as well. A refund can be refused in cases of fraud or repeated abuse of this policy.

Cancelling is not a refund

Cancelling stops future payments and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, but it does not refund a payment by itself. Deleting the app or your account does neither. See our Terms of Use.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live. Depending on your country, those rights can include withdrawing from a purchase within a set number of days. Paddle’s own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to web purchases. If they give you more than this policy does, you keep the extra.

App Store and Google Play purchases

This policy does not cover subscriptions bought in the app. Apple or Google is the seller, and refunds go through them under their rules, as set out in our Terms of Use.
